Course Overview
This programme is designed to assist learners in the preparation of an Advanced Portfolio. It will also enable participants to liaise with industry and professional bodies, as well as providing a framework for the advancement and specialisation of their craft, leading to industry-standard projects.

A FETAC Level 5 Award (or equivalent) in Fashion Design; Textiles or Art & Design.

Progression/Employment Opportunities
- Holders of this Award will have achieved strong technical training skills. The Award will serve both the Craftsperson and those who wish to opt for a career in the Textile Industry, e.g.: Fine Art, Textile Artist, Swatching, Fabric Designers in the Interior Design or Fashion Textile industries & Textile Consultant/Buyer.

Fees
As an NDP-funded programme, there are no tuition fees. Learners, however, are liable for registration and examination fees. Additionally, learners are expected to supply prescribed class and study materials.
Means-tested maintenance grants are available.
