Synergetics Exercise with the Pocket Gym - New for Sept 2011
Participants Profile
This programme is suitable for almost everybody--people of all ages and almost all physical
conditions who want to exercise quickly, conveniently and enjoyably with little or no equipment.
At the end of the course, participants will be able to exercise on their own in a small space, while
enjoying benefits usually associated with resistance training, yoga and tai chi. Participants who
are very unfit can use Synergetics as an initial programme, which can be increased in intensity as
they improve in condition. Those who engage in sporting activities such as golf, tennis or team
sports can use Synergetics as a 12 minute warm-up routine. In addition to improving physical
fitness, Synergetics helps to balance, energize and relieve stress.
Course Description
- Demonstration and practice of the natural whole body movements of Synergetics
- Power breathing to enhance the benefits of Synergetics
- Gradual introduction to multiple ways of using the Pocket Gym
- “Empty hands” Synergetics, requiring no equipment at all
- Fantastic faces exercise to relieve stress and improve facial contours
- Home practice with 12-minute DVD sessions
This course fee includes the Pocket Gym hand link device as well as a DVD for home practice during and after the course.
