Large numbers of newly-enrolled learners flocked to LCFE last week for Induction and Orientation Days creating quite a buzz around the College campus after a quiet Summer. Course Induction and Orientation Days were held over three days from Wednesday 7th to Friday 9th September. Each of the College's five schools - Business, IT & Media, Childcare, Healthcare & Science , Visual Arts, Hairdressing & Beauty and Adult & Continuing Education - came in for different sessions across the three days.

Course Co-ordinators provided learners with an overview of each course, Learner Support Services and outlined the facilities available on the College campus. New learners also had the opportunity to visit several stands where information was available on PLC maintenance grants, career guidance, health & fitness, graphic design, travel, banking etc. Thanks to all the businesses that contributed to making the three days such a huge success. It was a major committment for them to attend the various sessions.
 

The College academic year begins on Tuesday 13th September when we look forward to welcoming all our new learners.
