This one-year QQI Level 4 course is aimed at people whose first language is not English and who would like to develop their English skills for a career in IT. The course will enable the learner to build a foundation for further studies in areas such as office administration, data entry and customer service. They will also significantly improve their everyday communication skills. Before starting the course, applicants will carry out an English language assessment to ensure they start at the correct level.
