2016 is shaping up to be a fantastic year for LCFE’s Student Union
A record number of class reps have taken on the role of working with and for their class groups. Over 75 learners will work with the Student Union, staff and management of LCFE to create an even more positive and supportive environment for all.
The Student Union provides a resource for all learners acting as a voice on issues impacting their time at the college! They’re also charged with adding to the social aspect of the college working with staff to organise fun and engaging events.
The first AGM of the SU saw the election of the Student Union Exec:
SU President: Shane Dundon
SU Vice-President: Kenneth Rowan
Treasurer: Mikaela Teeling-Lynch
Secretary: Faoshyat Azeez
Further to the AGM, Class Rep training for all Reps will follow at a later date. It’s going to be an exciting year and we’re all looking forward to what this year’s SU are going to get done!
